Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and in general no refunds will be issued. Returns are not possible.

Eligibility
- To be eligible for a refund, the product must be found defective as a fault of scorchedE.C.H.O Assets and deemed unfixable.
- scorchedE.C.H.O Assets will first attempt to solve any issues with the downloadable product before issuing a refund.
- Sale items cannot be refunded.
On Approval
- Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within the time constraints based on your bank or payment method.
- If the refund is late, please be sure you have waited the processing time and please contact your bank.
